I have compiled this successfully before on another machine, however I received an error.

In file included from surfactantFoam.C:45:
createVolFields.H: In function 'int main(int, char**)':
createVolFields.H:2: error: 'volSurfaceMapping' was not declared in this scope
createVolFields.H:2: error: expected `;' before 'vsm'
createVolFields.H:18: error: 'vsm' was not declared in this scope

it might be a problem with the volSurfaceMapping object since it doesn't need a ";" before vsm as suggested above.

Should I just grab an old version of surfactantFoam off another computer or is there a patch?
