I'm a beginner to both OF and linux. I got some trouble in starting FoamX. When I type FoamX, I get this message:

java: xcb_xlib.c:50: xcb_xlib_unlock: Assertion `c->xlib.lock' failed.

I am using fadora(2.6.23.1-42.fc8),
java version:1.4.2_05 (download with OpenFOAM)
I don't know what I should do, can anyone help me ,please?
sorry for wasting your time on such a little problem-but it is really a big difficulty for me.

Followed Philippose's and your suggestion , I updated the libxcb to f9, and then I see the FoamX interface. I'm very excited, thank you so much!
