I just finished installation of OpenFOAM 1.3 on my 64 bit AMD operton running SuSe Linux 9. The foamInstallationTest ran fine after numerous attempts. I now am trying to run blockMesh . cavity, but get the following error messages. I really know nothing about CFD software, but have to get the software running for one of our engineers at work. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I am getting a similar error message while trying to run decomposePar. I have tried to recompile this and got a compilation error which refers to an undefined reference to regexec@GLIBC_2.3.4. blockMesh on the other hand works fine.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
