Hello, World!

A have OpenFOAM 1.4 source.
I've tried to compile (by Allwmake) and most of the files was compiled succesfully.
But I have the next error:

So, what should I doing?
I've searched for demangle.h and found it in libcwd-dev which is installed in /usr/include/libcwd/.
