Compilation error in errorEstimation

Does anyone know what it could be?.
1) enter:wmake errorEstimation
obtain:
undefined reference to `Foam::refineCell::refineCell()'

refineCell is in ldynamicMesh, which is included but somehow it is not seen.

2) there are other two sub-folder in errorEstimation folder: errorDrivenRefinement,errorEstimate which seems that are not being linked to the library.
Do the authors has some explanation?.
