Hello,

I'm trying to compile openfoam on Debian Etch (testing) and I'm now stuck with that error:

<<<<<
SOURCE=triSurface/interfaces/STL/readSTLASCII.L ; foamFlex++ -f $SOURCE ; mv lex.yy.cc Make/linuxOpt/readSTLASCII.C ; g++-4.0 -m32 -Dlinux -Wall -W -Wno-unused-parameter -Wold-style-cast -O3 -ffast-math -DNoRepository -ftemplate-depth-30 -I/home/jkr/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.2/src/meshTools/lnInclude -I/home/jkr/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.2/src/OpenFOAM/lnInclude -IlnInclude -I. -fPIC -pthread -c Make/linuxOpt/readSTLASCII.C -o Make/linuxOpt/readSTLASCII.o
lex.yy.cc: In member function 'virtual int yyFlexLexer::yylex()':
lex.yy.cc:5774: error: 'yy_current_buffer' was not declared in this scope
lex.yy.cc:5795: warning: use of old-style cast
lex.yy.cc:5795: warning: use of old-style cast
[... several lines of the same kind ]
make: *** [Make/linuxOpt/readSTLASCII.o] Erreur 1
>>>>>

It seems to be a compiler error but I'm not litterate in C/C++ programming.

Is there any special/system requirements for compiling on Debian (libs...)?

Thanks for your help.

\bye
