cylindrical mesh generation
 

i am new to openfoam and i would like to know how to generate a 3d cylindrical mesh.

Try Salome:

Create geometry, mesh it and then export to UNV file. Next export unv to openFoam format using ideasUnvToFoam. You can search for tutorials on YT.

how to create different boundary consition in circular shape in same face

i got it you fuse two cylinders of different radius and then explode them you will get 5 faces face1 and face 4 are two inner circles
