Default how to create a circular cylinder with blockMesh?

Can anyone help me to create circular cylinder in openfoam. I used arc 0 1 () ...but am not getting the geometry. i used negative points to define arc.

Please provide more infos and post you blockMeshDict! With that little information nobody is able to understand your problem and help you.
