Arcs in wedge case

Hello World.

I'm stuck with a popular problem concerning nucleate boiling cases.

Simulation the boiling process with a constant inflow of gas into the problem domain trough an inlet-channel yields the following problem.

When the triple-contact line at the bottom of the problem geometry reaches the step of the inlet-channel the contact angle can't be calculated properly, because it can take no explicit value.

interFoam is computing complete crap after this exact moment.

It's a well know problem.
The solution is a small radius at this particular edge.

So, I have fumbled around with the blockMesh to get a radius into my wedge geometry.
But I have found no way of doing this so far.

Do you have any ideas how to get this working?

This is my blockMeshDict so far without a radius

To make this a little bit more

To make this a little bit more clear.
Here is a complete view of the desired geometry.

This kind of geometry is rather easy.
The harder part is the radius in this corner.

I'm currently struggeling to get a CAD-mesher working so I can import the CAD-model.

But is there a way to get this radius directy into the blockMeshDict (file is attached above)?

Greetings sega.
