Hi all
I am new to openFOAM. I have installed OF and tried some examples and I want to create my desired mesh. my mesh is a intracellular-extracellular coupled mesh and I should solve diffusion problem for each separately and they are related with "Nernst-Planck" equation. my questions are : 1- is it possible to group the blocks of the mesh (like the faces) and solve the problem only on some of them ? 2- since extracellular and intracellular spaces are coupled but has different dimensions, I was wondering if blockmesh has a "complexGrading" (as oppose to simplegrading" to generate complex meshes ? Cheers. Ehsan |
