[snappyHexMesh] maxLocalCells

Hey All!

What influences does "maxLocalCells" exactly have on a mesh?

Basically it is a form of regulating how many cells do you actually want to be spent during the refinement process. Too many can have the following consequences:

Too much time spent doing nothing useful.
Too much refinement can actually introduce distortion the mesh. Saw this happen at least once.
