I have spent some time on this forum reading but cant see any consistent answers.
I have a .msh (gmsh 2.4.1) file of a sail that I want to put in OpenFoam. I have tried gmshToFoam but obviously that won't work with gmsh version >1.9. Has anyone successfully done an import and how? Or is there another way that I can do this? (Have .STL file) |

I am in the process of learning this myself. I will let you know what I find out.
Are you using the binary version or the git version? Maybe this forum will help: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...-x-import.html |

Hi James and Eric,
Perhaps it doesn't make sense, but have you tried fluentMeshToFoam? My Gambit/Fluent meshes with .msh extension happily convert with that.
