How to refine mesh?

I'm currently working on simulating a metal injection proces. I have managed to mesh my part with netgen. My problem is that netgen keeps crashing when I try to refine my mesh. Does anybody know why this happens?

I haven't succeded yet, so if anybody has any good tips it would be welcome! |
