Hi guys, I need your help. I've performed a 2D simulation over a naca0012 arfoil, and now I would like to do a 3D simulation by simply extruding the airfoil. It is enough to put a greater number of points in the third direction and set as "patch" the front and back patches who were set as empty?
And, by the way, which boundary condition do you suggest to use in these "new" patches? I as thought to put "symmetryPlane", is it a correct choice? Thanks a lot Simone Last edited by batta31; January 9, 2013 at 09:39. |
