Hi everbody, i hope that somebody could assist me with my little problem.
I need to realize a mutiblock unstructured mesh, like this: (just an example)

When I export it using FluentV6 solver I obviously obtain a .msh file. Then i export the mesh in OpenFoam format using the command fluent3dMeshToFoam, but whe i check it in paraview i see an incorrect mesh like this:

I have also tried to export in star4 format but at first look the mesh seems correct:

but when i made a slice i have however problem

How can i manage this problem?

thanks in advance

Quick answer: Don't use Slice in ParaView for analysing mesh.
Follow these instructions for looking into the mesh: http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/FA...is_in_ParaView

Thank you very much for the answer! I realized that the problems are with boundary conditions.

SOLVER: FLUENT V6

1) If I don't do "Check Mesh" in Edit Mesh

I have non internal boundary condition (what i want) but the mesh is corrupt

2) If I do "Check Mesh"

The diagnostic find " uncovered faces", so if I create a new part for example FIX with the unconvered faces when i convert the .msh file in OpenFOAM i've solved the problem with mesh but i have a new internal boundary condition FIX (what i don't want)

SOLVER: STAR-4

I have only the second case (good mesh but internal boundary)

The situation is clear , i should have the second alternative without internal boundary condition, any suggestions?
