Try increasing your swap [or physical memory] by a couple of Gb and see if this solves the problem. Considering upgrading your RAM is the solution, but I don't know how many more Gb you need.

Hello,
I used to have a similar problem, when i was using a 4 gb ram DELL laptop, with a 32 bit Ubuntu.I was not able to generate meshed more than 8 million cells.

So i decided to move to a computer with 8 GB RAM, four cores and now i use a 64 bit Ubuntu, so that i can address 7.8 gb of the 8 gb ram. Now i can easily make meshes with 15 million cells and the system is also fast. Just wanted to share my experience.

Majid, either raise your physical memory, or mesh it on a computer with larger ram.
