Effect of adding layers with sHM
I'm trying to better understand how to use layers with sHM and am hitting a dead end.
Here is a mesh of a single STL surface (a cylinder) with and without layer addition. The view shown is a slice at the mid section in both cases:
with layers on:

You'll see that other than my mess up with centering the first, the two meshes are identical.
Can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong? Here's my snappyHexMeshDict:
