refinementSphere not working

Dear fellows,

unfortuantly i am not able to mesh the attached geometry with SnappyHexHesh. It seems that SHM is not interessted in taking my refinemetSphere into account. I made a screenshot from paraFoam where you can see the desired location of this sphere. Please find attached snappyHexMeshDict.
