(Simflow) Problem with meshing

Hi,
I have a problem while meshing a bigger cylinder with another smaller cylinder that cuts the bigger cylinder. I want a particleflow to flow through the smaller cylinder and spread inside the bigger one. I have created a stl file with Freecad but the mesh looks weird. Can somebody tell me how to do the mesh?
