Dear Foamers,

I am trying to develop a solver for DNA-fluid interaction. For this I am using snappyHex Mesh tool to mesh the .stl file of a DNA structure into my cylindrical geometry. I would like to know if it is possible to isolate and print out the grid points of my DNA structure alone in the solver.

Attached the DNA structure mapped inside the cylindrical geometry (the walls of the cylindrical geometry is not shown here, so that the DNA structure inside the cylindrical pore is visible).

Please let me know.

Thanks

Regards,
Vishal
