Problem in layer addition at complex/bend shapes

Hi guys,
I am trying to add boundary layers for my mesh. It works fine for smoother or simpler places bu where the surface is a bit complex OR has been snapped into Polyhedral cells, the layers are not added.
I also tried using RefineWalllayer and saw similar mesh Quality.
Does anyone knwo which Parameter do I Need to Change in my snappyhexmeshdict?
