[snappyHexMesh] snnapyHexMesh error when meshing 6-sided wedge shaped

Hi I'm trying to create a mesh of this case using snappyHexMesh but always give me the same error, in the refinement step, is there anyway to bypass this error?

Code:

cell 2 of level 0 does not seem to have 8 points of equal or lower level
cellPoints:6(2 3 18 19 34 35)
pointLevels:6{0}true

I have try with other blockMesh file but always with 6-sided wedge shaped, having the same result. I think that snappyHexMesh did not support this kind of blocks, or i'm missing something

Hi,

As far as I have seen, snappy works only with an initial pure hex mesh. The presence of any other type of cells in a mesh results in the type of errors that you have mentioned.
