snapEdge compilation problems

Hi Guys,

I am trying to compile snapEdge (as downloaded from the wiki page) on an OF 1.6 system, and keep getting a compilation error:

Code:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -liberty
Can anybody shed any light on this error? I am assuming it's some dependency or other, but not sure what.

I have liblasso3 installed on my system, and that seems to be the only reference to liberty I can find. Should I be using an older version of snapEdge?

Thanks in advance,

R

Hi,

-liberty means GNU libiberty (http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/libiberty/).
This library must be installed in your system.

Thanks - That's cracked it - all compiled and running now.

I'm having a similar issue, however mine is:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgcc_s

Has anyone seen this? Any help would be appreciated.

I've been searching through some linux blogs but I'm still lost...
