Default mergeMeshes makes wrong oriented faces. why?

be_inspired is on a distinguished road
I am using OF2.3.x. The master and slave zones pass checkMesh with no errors, only some warnings about orthogonaly higher than 70 in some cells.
When the meshes are joined, the checkMesh over the final mesh inform me that there is a cell, only a cell, with wrong oriented faces.

How can it be?
