I am Alessandro and I am a beginner in OpenFOAM...

is possible to do tetrahedral or polyhedral mesh OpenFoam (without using another software)?? and a prism layer??

If yes, how can I do??

Hi

I think you actually can create a tetrahedral mesh using blockMesh. When defining the blocks, use tet instead of hex.

Look at http://www.openfoam.com/docs/user/me...23-1320005.1.2

At the bottom all possible geometries are shown with their keyword: tet, pyr, hex ....
