how can remove bad cells with assistance of cellSet,setSet,subsetMesh utilities?

Default how can remove bad cells with assistance of cellSet,setSet,subsetMesh utilities?

I use the checkMesh utility:

I would like delete or fix this mesh errors, i have studied in the forum about that "cellSet,setSet,subsetMesh" but i dont understand how should we use these utility yet,
