[mesh manipulation] bubblecolumn with obstacles

hello All,

I would like to model a bubble column with some internals, but I cannot pass the first obstacle. I cannot create a 2D mesh of a column with an obstacle. I get the errormessage:
Trying to specify a boundary face 4(5 9 25 21) on the face on cell 3 which is either an internal face or already belongs to some other patch.

Can anybody enlighten me. I am new to CFD and Linux.

Dear Wouter,

there is a problem with you mesh. But it seems to be on cell rather block level. Is the error message from blockMesh? If yes, please post the blockMeshDict.

Did you start from an example? Which one? Did it work when you took it out of the box? What did you do to break it?

Hello Henrik,
Thanks for taking the time. I tried the bubbleFoam tutorial and wanted to insert a slanted block. ( I changed the meshDict from my first post) I made 9 blocks and the middle block was supposed to be a slanted wall. The bubbles are supposed to swirl round.

In the second block description vertex 23 should have been vertex 22
