DynamicMesh Motion

Hello,
I am an OpenFOAM beginner so I apologize in advance for any mistakes I make in these posts.

I have been modifying the movingCone tutorial in the pimpleDyMFoam folder for the past few days, I have been successful in changing the geometry and velocity, pressure and point motion velocity settings. What I really want to do is to get the movingcone mesh to move in the x direction like it is set up to do but instead of assigning it a fixedvalue velocity I want it to move due to an inlet velocity. For example I want to have air coming into the mesh from the left at 10 m/s (exiting from the right of course) and accelerating the cone on its way.
Is this plausible? Am I using the right solvers to make this happen or do I need to make drastic changes? Any help or guidance is appreciated. Thank you.
