Converting .gtm mesh for use in OpenFOAM

Hello all,

I currently have a .gtm mesh of a can combustor which I would like to use in openFOAM. I did not create the mesh, it was found on another website. It is not refined quite how I would like it to be and I can easily edit it once in the openFOAM form. I do not have any programs that handle .gtm extensions so this is becoming tricky. If anyone knows a good way to convert this mesh for use in openFOAM I would greatly appreciate the feedback.

Equally helpful would be if someone knows where to find a CAD model of a can combustor. GrabCAD doesn't seem to have any. I could use SnappyHexMesh if I had the CAD model.

Thanks!
