Hi,

When we use blockMesh to create the mesh, the mesh files such as 'boundaries', 'faces', 'neighbours', 'owners', 'points' will be generated. Just wondering how could I determine the coordinates of each cell based on those files?

Many thanks in advance!
Sophie

Hi Sophie,

You can directly use the utility

Code:
writeCellCentres -time 0
which will write the coordinates to the files ccx, ccy and ccz in the 0 time directory.

Kind regards

Niels
