i am using salome two create cylindrical mesh with base and top of 2 m dia each and 16m height.the inlet and outlet are 0.2m dia each at base and top respectively.i fuse two cylinders of respective dias and the start meshing,creating grouos and export it to unv but i am facing a problem that most of my faces are non orthogonal so my simulation is not running smoothly and getting frequent errors

go into system/fvSolution and change the nNonOrthogonalCorrector parameter (try +1 increment and see if it makes any difference). If that still doesnt work, you should consider somehow improving your mesh quality. run "checkMesh" and see how many complaints you are getting from OpenFOAM regarding your mesh.
