Problem with snappyHexMesh

Hello to all,
I have a strange problem in the generation of the mesh with snappyHexMesh. When I created it, after the snap step, seems that some cells near the boundary are loss or not follows the boundary. I know that there are some thread about this problem but the solutions presented in their don't work. During the snap step appears this warming:

FOAM Warning : Displacement (-4.016316e-07 1.993513e-06 5.287614e-08) at mesh point 14338 coord (0.009952381 0.04995016 -0.0009597589) points through the surrounding patch faces
Smoothing displacement
Displacement smoothed in = 8.69 s
Moving mesh ...

Is this warming related to the error?

My geometry is very simple: a rectangular with a cylinder inside.
I attach some pictures related to the error.

Someone know what is the problem?
Thanks to all for the willingness

Hi giack,

I too faced the same problem.
To solve it I increased my edge feature refinement level and max refinement in surfaceRefinement.
Still the warning showed up. But this time I didn't get any error. :)
I checked it with CheckMesh and it seems fine.

When I very high refined blockMesh at start. and It didn't showed any warning at that time.

Hence it must be related to refinement.

I am attaching snaps of my mesh with FOAM warning
