Good afternoon everyone:
Today I am using Gambit to creat meshes for an axi-symmetric model. The length of my model is 10m and radius is 2.3m.The geometry is specified as a wedge of 3 degrees.Just like the pictures attached.
Around the axi and the pressure-in patch meshes are dense, other places are sparse. After converted gambit mesh to Foam mesh, I checked the meshes. But there is something wrong with one point. The following message came out:

__________________________________________________ _____________
Checking geometry...
Overall domain bounding box (0 0 -52.3539) (9000 1999.31 52.3539)
Mesh (non-empty, non-wedge) directions (1 1 0)
Mesh (non-empty) directions (1 1 1)
Wedge wedge_back with angle 1.5 degrees
***Wedge patch wedge_back not planar. Point (0 1946.15 -50.9617) is not in patch plane by 9.37986e-08 metre.
Boundary openness (-5.66076e-19 2.86545e-16 -2.65689e-15) OK.
Max cell openness = 3.29734e-16 OK.
Max aspect ratio = 55.5679 OK.
Minimum face area = 0.147604. Maximum face area = 6906.99. Face area magnitudes OK.
Min volume = 0.506237. Max volume = 138172. Total volume = 9.42047e+08. Cell volumes OK.
Mesh non-orthogonality Max: 4.3741 average: 2.75779
Non-orthogonality check OK.
Face pyramids OK.
Max skewness = 0.33242 OK.
Coupled point location match (average 0) OK.

Failed 1 mesh checks.

I've tried a lot of method such as to creat a smaller model(R 2m,L 9M), to creat mesh in other way...But all in vain.
Is there anybody can help me?
Thank you very much~

I've solved it by using the following order:
fluentMeshToFoam mymesh.mesh -scale 0.001
I forget to set the exchanging factor of millimeter to meter.
