Hi Foamers

I am new to Open FOAM, i am trying to create a geomentry in which one of the side i need a circular patch but i tried using toposet and i ended up with rectangular patches, the geomentry is basically like circular hole in wall,is there any other way to do it ? For your references i have attached the image

Can anybody give me any advice how to create it.
