[Commercial meshers] GAMBIT to OpenFOAM: "new patch wall is not an external face of the mesh"

hi
i modeled a cyclone in gambit and meshed it.after setting boundary condetion i tried to open it in OF.but faced to this error:
''...new patch wall is not an external face of the mesh''
can you help me?

Quick answer:

I've moved your post from the other thread http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...ry-face-2.html - because your problem is directly related to how you exported the mesh from GAMBIT.
That error message is imply that you have surface boundaries that are inside the mesh. These need to be treated specially, because those are usually meant to be used as baffles. The closest instructions I can remember on this topic are these: https://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/H...internal_walls
