[blockMesh] Simplegrading does not work

Hello everyone,

I have problem which has multiple regions and they are all blocks.

hex (8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15) (1000 35 1) simpleGrading (1 1.1 1)
hex (16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23) (55 35 1) simpleGrading (1.1 1.1 1)
hex (24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31) (48 1000 1) simpleGrading (0.90909 1 1)
hex (32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39) (1000 1000 1) simpleGrading (1 1 1)
hex (40 41 42 43 44 45 46 47) (55 1000 1) simpleGrading (1.1 1 1)
hex (48 49 50 51 52 53 54 55) (48 35 1) simpleGrading (0.90909 0.90909 1)
hex (56 57 58 59 60 61 62 63) (1000 35 1) simpleGrading (1 0.90909 1)

simpleGrading does not seem exist as I want it. In order to give reverse bias, I stated my bias factor in -X axis as 0.90909 which means mesh cells are tightening.

How is it possible?

I tried same problem with different blocks order. Still same issue exists. Mesh grading does not work. It must be a bug or something. What is it wrong? Any idea?
