OpenFOAM 2.1.0/x: rotating devices.

Dear all,

I am trying to simulate rotating devices such as VAWTs. I could read that ggi is used to account for the rotation of one device but I could fine no detailed examples or a tutorial that I could start learning from.
Could someone out there have some links or know have to proceed in this matter.
Please, feel free to include as many details as possible if your time allows for it.

Thank you for your help and best regards.

Hi,

the other GGI is a OpenFOAM 1.6-extend feature
https://openfoam-extend.svn.sourcefo...ixerGgiFvMesh/

https://openfoam-extend.svn.sourcefo...Foam/mixerGgi/

some things are very interesting in the Extend-tree for example BlockCoupledMatrices Radial Basis Functions (RBF) FiniteAreaMethod etc. So it is a good idea to have a look at both versions ;-)

It is not obvious to find out the different features.
