Complementary solid-gas meshes

Hello again

I have a non-trivial geometry and would like to use chtMultiRegionFoam to model heat transfer from a nitrogen ambient. How can I obtain the two perfectly matching meshes (nitrogen and solid) if I have the solid geometry? I guess they need to be entirely complementary and to have matching meshes, or am I wrong?

I have been following this post:

I know that's probably not the right place to post this but please bear with me. SALOME does not let me mesh the damn thing. Even when I choose a very coarse discretization, I keep getting "Memory allocation problem". Even for a very simple geometry, such as a simple cube. It only works randomly once every 200 trials or something (I haven't found the bug pattern yet).

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Forget about the error. The 64bit version was installed on a 32bit SUSE.
That's what happens when they don't let you set up your own machine.
SALOME worked as written in the previous post and it rocks. :)
