Following the very successful 1st UK & Ireland FOAM/OpenFOAM user meeting in Bristol I am pleased to announce the 2nd user meeting at the University of Leeds.

The objective of the user meeting is to spend one and a half days sharing experiences and hints on the use of FOAM and to encourage collaboration. A schedule for the event is not yet available, but the event will follow the same structure as the 1st meeting which will include:

- A set of training sessions.
- 3-4 presentations on new work or topics of interest.
- A birds of a feather session, where people who share a common interest split into small groups
and discuss issues, exchange hints and plan collaboration.
- A communal dinner with one or two beers in the evening.

The intended audience for the user meeting are all users of FOAM in the region who might be able to share progress, problems or challenges of their work with the community.

Dear Adam,

that was really great to hear about such that in the UK. I was searching for such that event since I started using OpenFOAM in my research. I hope that I could find some OpenFOAM training courses for researcher in the UK.

I'll try my effort to attend.
