[OpenFOAM] Perimeter

Hello everyone,

Anybody knows how can I compute the perimeter of patch in ParaView?

I can do it for a slice, only by turning off "internal mesh" (for example in a cylinder there exists "inlet" "outlet" "wall" and "internalMesh" in Mesh Regions panel in ParaView) and using Integrate Variables.

But for example how can I proceed to compute perimeter of the "inlet" of the cylinder?

It should be easy, but I cannot find the way!

Hello CRI,

I guess you can use "Features Edge" filter to extract the boundary of your (plane) patch.

The you can use "Integrate Variables" normally.
