hello all,

i have two questions.

1) i have an nastran shell file, which needs to be imported into paraview inorder to create an contour plot on that plane that should be interpolated by neibour cells or verterx data.

2) How can i perform an contour plot for that imported data object, from the neibour cell or vertex data, ( Neibouring data set should be interpolated to the arbitrary surface object which i imported). is it possible to do it in paraview?

Because my object is to create an curved contour plot of arbitrary shape ( though i provide the shape from nastran shell data). And the curved surface does not fit along the CFD mesh grid lines.

Is it possible? can anyone gimme a idea?

Thanks
