[General] How to make Paraview toolbar icon size larger?

Hello,

After installing openfoam 4.1 with paraview 5.0.1 64 bit, I found that the icons are very hard to see. (attached pic)

Is there any way for me to increase the size of the icons?

I have tried to play with the display setting in the system settings, but that does not work.

When I close the paraview window, I get the following error message in the terminal: "Inconsistency detected by ld.so: dl-close.c: 811: _dl_close: Assertion `map->l_init_called' failed!"

Not sure if this is relevant.

My system is Ubuntu 16.04 and laptop is XPS 13 developer edition.
