seperate u & v From U Magnitude

Hi
i want to save velocity data such as: u & v from U Magnitude but i don't know! even i type the below command in Terminal: foamCalc components U but It gives us exactly what the paraview Gives us. i have to use the u to get boundary layer thickness. thanks. |

for post processing
use paraFoam then calculator, you can choose U_x and U_y , and the Operator v1.v2 in processing if you want to have it, in runtime, you need to write a pieces of code or use swak4Foam |
