Hi,
I did simulation for turbulent flow over heated flat plate (constant temperature).
"buoyantBoussinesqSimpleFoam" is used as solver. I get following error by using "wallHeatFlux" utility :

Reading g
Reading thermophysical properties

--> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR:
cannot find file

file: /home/http/OpenFOAM/http-2.1.1/run/plate_new/constant/thermophysicalProperties at line 0.

From function regIOobject::readStream()
in file db/regIOobject/regIOobjectRead.C at line 73.

FOAM exiting

For "buoyantBoussinesqSimpleFoam" solver we have "transportproperties" instead of "thermophysicalproperties"in the constant folder. Then why is it showing this error?

i guess wallheatflux utility works only for solvers with 'thermophysicalproperties' file.... can anyone tell wat is difference b/w "transportproperties" and "thermophysicalproperties"

The first file is used for incompressible solvers while the second one is used for compressible solvers. Different thermodynamic models are used.
