foamDataToFluent gives empty data files

Hello, I am currently running a chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam case and the foamDataToFluent command is giving me data files for every save interval (0, 250, 500, etc.) however, only the data file for time '0' is fully output i.e. its output size is a couple hundred MBs (and opens in fluent), while the rest are ~50 bytes. My controldict and foamDataToFluentdict files are as follows:

I have fiddled around with these, but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated!

Addtionally I am running 2.1.1
