Default Symmetric part of the gradient tensor of velocity

As the title is shown, I want to extract the symmetric/skew-symmetric part of the gradient tensor of velocity, but I didn't find any tool in the Post-processing functionality. How could I do that? Thanks! I'm new to the OpenFoam.
