RANS Reynold Stress Postprocessing
 

I'm working on a case in which I have the results of a RANS simulation. The simulation was solved using simpleFoam.

To do more simulations, I need the reynolds stress tensor throughout the mesh. I've tried using the R post-processing tool but receive an error

'"--> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
Unknown patchField type kLowReWallFunction

Valid patchField types are :..."

How can I either fix this error in the R post-processor tool or my code? I'd rather not go through the mesh and remove the boundary conditions if it could be helped.

you yourself point to one solution to remove or replace kLowReWallFunction with a known BC at time directories
another solution maybe can be to upgrade your OpenFOAM version, sometimes it solves similar problems
