If your hill is a separate patch, you can use the "Extract Block" filter to pull it out.

hi marco..

When i do this it generates my hill only. But it does not show me the flow patterns around it..:(

Extract only extract the patches. To see the flow patterns you will need to add glyphs/streamlines/etc. You can find many tutorials (including the tutorials in the OpenFOAM manual) about how to do this.

HI marco.

I use glyph filters all the time. but this time nothing is happening i am attaching a screen picture for you to haev an idea.

Right, so you are applying the glyph filter to the patch that has been extracted. What you want to do it apply it to the interior mesh, which is the root case. You can right click on the glyph filter and choose "Change Input", and the dialog should be pretty straightforward.
