Is it possible to run some operations (integrate, average, etc) on VTK surface which contains some data?

You can use paraview for that, you can also create python scripts using the paraview and vtk libraries to integrate over surfaces

Thank you for your answer. I'm using paraview at the moment, but it's a bit tedious. Is there an example of python scripting with paraview where? I've never done that.

Thanks again!
