How to calculate vorticity in cylindrical coordinate?

My simulation domain is cylindrical (3D axisymmetric), but the coordinates are defined in Cartesian.

After the simulation, I calculated the vorticity field using the 'vorticity' command. Then I got four quantities: magnitude of vorticity, the x, y and z components.

However, I want to calculate the vorticity field in cylindrical coordinates. Most importantly the azimuthal component.

Can anyone give some suggestions? Thank you!
